EGG PROTEIN WRAP

I can NEVER get enough of these EGG PROTEIN WRAPS. Each time I have made them, I tweak the recipe just a bit. This time I added EGG WHITE PROTEIN POWDER and it did NOT disappoint!

INGREDIENTS:+

3.4 oz egg whites (*I used #Kirkland from #Costco)

1/4 tsp non-gmo baking powder

38g protein powder (*I used @officialbodyfortress Isolate Vanilla Cream

33g Egg white protein powder (*I used #MRMNutrition from #Sprouts)

*OPTIONAL: 1 scoop @VitalProtein Collagen

Dash of sea salt

1/4 c water

DIRECTIONS:

·Mix together til appearance of pancake batter. *(Gradually add more water, if needed.)


·Pour 1/3 mixture into medium sized skillet. Cover with lid to help along. Flip.

·Repeat last step 2 more times.

·Makes 3 wraps

·20g protein per wrap

*If added COLLAGEN, 23g protein per wrap
