FAT HEAD DOUGH PIZZA CRUST

Follow the FAT HEAD DOUGH recipe down the ingredient list and stop once you have rolled ball into the coconut flour.




DIRECTIONS:


For PIZZA CRUST: *PRE-HEAT oven at 425 degrees

-Once combined and formed into ball and rolled in the coconut flour, place parchment paper on baking sheet or pizza pan.

-Spread pizza dough thinly onto parchment paper.

-Poke row of holes to avoid bubbles.

-Bake for 8 minutes. Check crust and poke holes if there are bubbles.

-Add desired pizza toppings.

-Continue to bake another 12-15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
