KETO CILANTRO DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:


1 c Plain Greek Yogurt

1 clove garlic

1 Tbsp Lime juice

1/2 tsp Lime zest

1/2 tsp Cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 Tbsp Olive oil

3 Tbsp Cilantro (chopped)


DIRECTIONS:


In blender, add plain Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, cracked black pepper, sea salt. Blend for 1 minute.

Add olive oil and cilantro. Blend for 4 minutes.

Pour in canning jar.

Makes 12 oz.
