KETO HACK FOR QUICK & EASY SLOPPY JOES

You will enjoy these quick simple & easy Sloppy Joe's when you are pressed for time, you don't feel like cooking dinner, for the kids & kids with their friends during a sleepover. They are filling. Kids love them. And they will never know they ate KETO.


INGREDIENTS:

1 - lb ground beef (80/20)

57g (about 1/2 bell pepper) green bell pepper, chopped

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 c unsweetended ketchup (* I used Heinz )

2 Tbsp mustard

2 Tbsp brown sweetener (*I used Swerve )


DIRECTIONS:

-Add beef to skillet on medium heat. Add chopped bell peppers. Add salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. Brown beef.

-Once beef is browned and bell peppers have softened, drain fat.

-Add ketchup, mustard & brown sweetener to meat & bell pepper. Combine together.

-Simmer on LOW heat for 10 minutes.

-Add your Sloppy Joe mixture to any LOW CARB or KETO BUN

Makes 8 servings.
