KETO SAUSAGE GRAVY

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz All Natural breakfast sausage

1 Tbsp Cream Cheese

2. c Unsweetened Almond Milk

Sea salt (*to taste)

Cracked black pepper (*to taste)

1/4 tsp Xanthum Gum


DIRECTIONS:

In large skillet, brown sausage. Once browned, add almond milk. Stir. Add cream cheese. Let cream cheese incorporate. Stir. Add sea salt & pepper. Add xanthum gum. Stir. Let simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Pour over Keto/Low Carb biscuits or even Keto/Low Carb toast.

Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings
