1- 4 lb clod roast
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp dehydrated chopped onions
3-4 Bay leaves
1- 10 oz can diced tomatoes with chiles
1 - container Beef broth
In a small bowl, blend together all the seasonings. Pat roast with seasonings. Place roast in slow cooker. Add can of diced tomatoes over the roast Add beef broth to slow cooker.
Cook on LOW setting for 6-8 hours.
