HOMEMADE ZUCCHINI CRUST
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1 egg beaten
3/4 c Almond flour
66g Egg White Protein Powder
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1tsp Garlic Powder
1 c shredded zucchini
-PRE-HEAT oven at 400°
-In mixing bowl, add mozzarella & cream cheese.
-Place bowl in microwave and cook for 1 minute.
-Using spatula, mix cheeses together.
-Place bowl back in microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir.
-ADD your choice of flour, seasonings, egg white protein powder,garlic powder, grated zucchini & beaten egg.
-Stir together until combined.
-With oiled-hands, knead pizza crust til smooth & shiny.
-Place dough in middle of parchment paper.
-Take another piece of parchment paper & place on top of dough.
-With rolling pin, on the top parchment paper, begin in middle of dough & roll outwards towards edges of pizza pan.
-BAKE in oven for 10 minutes. Remove.
-LEAVE 1 inch at edge of pizza then ADD pizza sauce, mozzarella & pizza toppings.
-Place pizza back in oven for 12 minutes.
-Increase oven temp to 425° for last 8 minutes. Remove.
-Let pizza stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Pizza crust is thin & crispy.
